Reliable Workout Data
The PM5 Performance Monitor provides repeatable, comparable data for every workout. It offers a simple “Just Row” mode or allows you to set up a variety of workouts. The monitor shows you a wide range of data, including pace, watts, stroke rate & calories and automatically stores this information in either its internal memory or a USB drive.
Storage & Mobility
The Model D is easy to move around for workouts & can be quickly separated into two pieces for compact storage without needing the use of tools. Ideal for homes or gyms that has space constraint.
Flywheel & Damper
The Concept 2 uses air resistance generated by the fanned flywheel. To adjust how much air enters the flywheel housing on each stroke, the Model D Rower includes a unique spiral damper adjustable from a setting of 1 to 10. This functions much like the gears on a bike, affecting how much energy will be needed to accelerate from one stroke to the next. 10 allows in the most air for more wind resistance. For most people the recommended settings is from 3-5.
