Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and notify us promptly within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. If a replacement is not available, a full refund may be provided. To facilitate a smooth return process, please return defective items to our premises within 7 days of receipt, in their original packaging, to qualify for a full product refund (excluding delivery fees if any).
All refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please note that online payment processing fee is non-refundable, as they cover the costs of processing both the original transaction and the refund. We appreciate your cooperation.
