Refund policy

To qualify for a full product refund (excluding delivery fees), items must be:
  • Returned to our premises at the buyer’s own expense
  • Returned within 3 days of receipt, and
  • In their original condition and packaging.
Return requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.
However, we regret that we are unable to accommodate exchanges or cancellation due to incorrect orders. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
Damages & Product Issues - We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and notify us promptly within 3 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. If a replacement is not available, a full refund may be provided. To facilitate a smooth return process, please return the item(s) to our premises within 3 days, in their original packaging, to qualify for a full product refund (excluding delivery fees if any).
All refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time for card payments is up to 10 days, depending on your bank. Please note that online payment processing fee is non-refundable, as they cover the costs of processing both the original transaction and the refund. We appreciate your cooperation.
