Terms of service

 

GENERAL

i. All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), GST is not applicable.

ii. Prices quoted excludes installation & setup of the equipment unless otherwise agreed or the option to include assembly is offered where applicable.

DELIVERY

i. All deliveries will only be up till main door step entrance unless equipment assembly is required onsite.

ii. If delivery location requires stair climbing, additional stair climbing charges shall apply (refer to shipping policy). 

iii. Site must be clear from obstructions to facilitate use of trolley during delivery.

iv. If delivery/installation date is requested to be changed by buyer for any reason after it have been confirmed, a surcharge of $20 or 5% of the total order amount shall apply, whichever is higher. Similar surcharge applies for failed delivery/installation attempt after confirmation of scheduled date & time.

v. Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 times. Additional fees will apply for any further changes.

vi. Buyer or a representative is expected to be present onsite during agreed installation timeframe. A grace period of 10mins is given upon arrival. $30 will be chargeable per 15mins block of waiting time.

vii. Delivery and/or installation services may be refused or withheld if there is any outstanding payment.

 

FLOORING

i. Sub-Floor must be cleaned and free of contaminants by the owner prior to the installation of the flooring. The owner is required to ensure that no other renovation works are carried out concurrently during our installation.

ii. Surface to receive is assumed to be permanently dry, free from moisture, clean and smooth.

iii. We shall not be held responsible for any outcome of the installation resulting from uneven & poor floor finishing or if the floor is not level.

(CEILING / WALL
DRILLING and MOUNTING)

i. Drilling work can only be installed on solid wall. We do not warrant the strength of the wall.

ii. If driling work hit metal reinforcement or electrical wire, we can only change to the next location in consultation with the buyer.

iii. If to be installed on brick wall or hollow block, its only on best-efforts basis. We did not build the wall thus we cannot guarantee the holding strength of brick wall or hollow block walls. 

iv. If the subject wall is a connecting wall,
please ensure that it has enough thickness (i.e., at least 12cm). We will not be liable if the wall crack-out or pieces fall-off on the other side due to impact of the hammer drill.

v. Please be informed that 'making good'
and painting are not included

vi. No refund of equipment or installation

WARRANTY

All our equipment comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, covering parts only.
