If your delivery requires navigating stairs, we'd be glad to accommodate this with advance notice. An additional fee will apply to cover the extra labour required. Please kindly inform us ahead of time so we can arrange for the necessary assistance.
We prioritize the safety of our team members, and in rare cases, we may decline to deliver an item if it poses a risk to them or if we weren't notified about the stair requirement beforehand. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

$40 (2 or more manpower)
Fees are charged per item per level. Additional charges may apply for items that are heavy or bulky.
