Material - Our dumbbells are made using a synthetic rubber consisting of new natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It has a pure rubber smell & low odour (unlike recycled rubber which are cheaper but emits a strong & unpleasant odour). After ventilation, it will basically not have much odour unless at very close range. 

Weight Error - The dumbbells are of precise weight. Even if there is any error, it shall be very minimal & will likely not exceed 2%.
